Cancellations

We ensure that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order within 8 hours.

To request a cancellation, please write to us on sales@brassage.in from your registered Email with the order ID and cancellation reason.

  1. The amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy
  2. A Cancellation request cannot be made after the stipulated timeframe.
  3. If the order is dispatched within this timeframe, Refund will be initiated after RTO (Return To origin) in orignal condition. The expenses of the same will be bourne by the customer.

Under some rare situations Brassage can also raise an order cancellation request. These Situation would be :-

  1. Unavailability of Products
  2. Incorrect pricing or description of the Products
  3. Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud avoidance department
  4. Non Serviceability of buyer’s address by our Logistics partner

Returns

Many of our products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, unless faulty. When applicable, We offer you can easy and streamlined process to return or replace the products.

Please Note:

  1. You can place a Return request within 7 days of Order Delivery through Email (sales@brassage.in)
  2. Return request will be reviewed by the Brassage team
  3. If any technical support is required we will redirect to the concerned team.
  4. The team may request additional details like photos or unboxing video to review your request.
  5. Post review, Brassage at its sole discretion will decide to proceed with either return or replacement.
  6. After approval, pick up of the product will be arranged through our logistics partner in the next 3-7 days.
  7. If our reverse pickup services are not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product.
  8. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  9. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit.
  10. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund process is initiated.
  11. In the case where a non-faulty return has been approved by us, items must be returned in re-saleable condition.
     

Return/Replacement are accepted under the following cases:

  1. Wrong product – wrong color/size/style
  2. Wrong item Delivered
  3. Defective products – Manufacturing defect/ Non – functioning
  4. Damaged product – Physical damage/Tampered product or packaging
  5. Wrong Quantities – Missing products/parts

Return/Replacement are not accepted under the following cases:

  1. If products are altered/used
  2. If product returned without original packaging (price tags, labels, accessories, box)
  3. If Serial number/ label is tampered
  4. For Damaged/Missing/Empty Package/Wrong product that is reported after 7 days of the delivery
  5. For Products sold under specific promotions/demand
  6. No longer needed/Quality low/ Natural Color Variation
  7. Buyer’s Remorse

Refund

Brassage offers easy and quick Refund on your refund Orders.

Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

  1. When Orders are cancelled as per our Cancellation policy
  2. If our Logistics partner is unable to deliver the product
  3. If you wish to return the products in accordance with our return policy
     

Refund gets Declined in the following scenarios:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
  2. If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Brassage at its sole discretion.
  3. If the product received by us is not as per claim or missing accessories, label, stickers.
     
     

How Refund process follow:

  1. In the case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
  2. For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favor of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
     

Refund Processing Timelines:

After approval of refund request, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Refunds depend upon the Mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:

Refund Method : Refund Time-Frame
Credit/Debit Card : 5-7 Business days
Net Banking (Credited To Bank Account): 5-7 Business days
UPI Linked Bank Account : 2-4 Business days

In case of any Clarification or If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks customer care number to know the status of the transaction.
